📦 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary for domestic and international deliveries
  • Charges are based on the total weight of the complete order
  • Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout

🚚 Incorrect Address & Re-delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details (name, address, or phone number) provided by the customer, re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

⏱️ Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery begins after confirmed payment is received
  • Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
  • Delivery time mentioned is approximate, and delays due to external factors (such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen issues) are beyond our control

✅ Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide authentic and accurate details at the time of order
  • GRUHAM reserves the right to verify or reject any order with incomplete or false information, without prior notice

📍 Delivery Address Policy

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided, not to a specific individual
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the given address

🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship internationally!
  • All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • GRUHAM is not liable for any charges levied at customs in your country

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected Indian pin codes
  • Maximum order value for COD: ₹1,000 per customer within India
  • A nominal COD handling fee may apply
