🚚 Incorrect Address & Re-delivery
- If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details (name, address, or phone number) provided by the customer, re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

⏱️ Delivery Timeline
- Delivery begins after confirmed payment is received.
- Most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Delivery time mentioned is approximate, and delays due to external factors (such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen issues) are beyond our control.

- Customers must provide authentic and accurate details at the time of order.
- GRUHAM reserves the right to verify or reject any order with incomplete or false information, without prior notice.

📍 Delivery Address Policy
- Delivery will be made to the address provided, not to a specific individual.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the given address.

🌍 International Shipping
- We ship internationally!
- All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- GRUHAM is not liable for any charges levied at customs in your country.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for selected Indian pin codes.
- Maximum order value for COD: ₹1000/- per customer within India.
- A nominal COD handling fee may apply.
